Job Description: Senior Business Analyst (MS Tech Stack)

Technical Environment:
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps.

Specific Technical Skills Required:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in dealing with complex business rules and calculations.

Key Deliverables:

Translate technical designs into actionable tickets, ensuring they are "ready for development."
Business Rule Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of existing business rules and stakeholder needs to inform development processes.
Analyze complex business rules and calculations to ensure accurate implementation in technical solutions.
Developer Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that tickets meet their requirements and specifications.
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) in Operational teams to ensure the development of the correct solution.
Flow Diagram Production: Create detailed flow diagrams illustrating calculation pathways, including inputs, variables, and outputs.
Ensure that non-functional requirements are considered and incorporated into technical solutions.
Acceptance Criteria Definition: Define acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Product Manager and SMEs to ensure alignment with
Provide support to business users and the testing team during Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
Undertake quality assurance and maintenance of key requirements documents and specifications.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex technical environments, preferably within the Microsoft technology stack.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex business rules and requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with developers, SMEs, and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps.
Certification in Business Analysis (eg, CBAP) is a plus.
