Information & Documentation Architect

You will join a rapidly expanding UK vendor who develop state-of-the-art ITSM/B2B Workflow solutions used by organisations spanning the SME and Enterprise sized space. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with stakeholders across the Product, Marketing and Consultancy teams; be wholly responsible for owning and developing all documentation and information management processes. Fully remote within the UK and with a salary up to £95,000 plus other perks and benefits, this is an opportunity not to be missed. You will have a strong commercial UX, authoring and content writing background gained in a B2B SaaS product environment such as ITSM, ERP or CRM. This role offers a lot of autonomy for someone with experience of Markdown, HTML, CSS and Jira, The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and a passion for technology, writing technical content and someone who thrives working in a collaborative yet fast-paced environment.
